This course equips caregivers with essential skills and practical knowledge to support safe and effective care at home. Participants will learn basic caregiving techniques, infection prevention, mobility assistance, medication support, and ways to promote comfort and wellbeing for care recipients while maintaining caregiver safety and confidence.

Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to:

1. Recognise and respond to common workplace emergencies
2. Perform basic life-saving interventions (CPR & choking management)
3. Manage workplace injuries and acute medical conditions
4. Apply safe first aid practices in workplace environments
5. Activate emergency response procedures and escalation pathways
